| Gregor Eichinger: Born in 1956, Christian Knechtl: Born in 1954. Both live and work in Vienna. Although architecture is the basis for the work of Eichinger oder Knechtl, they have long stopped accepting any limits and restrictions on it. As typographers, they designed the cover of a city magazine, which was like the signs of urban planning that appear at various places simultaneously. Their built projects show Eichinger oder Knechtl creating a link between architecture, typography philosophy, painting, and interior design. |
