Familie SCHWARZENBERG

In August 1940, the Gestapo confiscated the property of the Schwarzenberg family including Palais Schwarzenberg in Vienna. The MAK applied for the allocation of carpets from the Palais and received ten of them by 1942. These were restituted to the Schwarzenberg family in 1947.
