Hagenauer Archive

Project Manager: Anne-Katrin Rossberg, Curator, MAK Metal Collection and Wiener Werkstätte Archive
Editor: Maria-Luise Jesch
In 2015 the estate of the Viennese metalworking firm of Hagenauer was donated to the MAK. Additional objects in the family’s possession came into the collection in 2017 and 2018. The estate consists of numerous model books, photographs of objects, work drawings, and production patterns, that have since been inventoried and digitalized. Every year, parts of the estate are incorporated into the MAK Collection Online. The results of this work will be presented in a comprehensive exhibition in 2022.
