Are you going away and still have fruit or vegetables that you can’t eat up? Your apples urgently need to be processed, but you have no time?  You can leave your extra fruit and vegetables in the MAK from 14 to 19 September. The conceptual collectives das Vulgo and cucinaAlchimia appreciate food waste as a valuable resource in cooperation with the team from das kraus and carry out material research at the culinary level.  The MAK DESIGN NITE on 28 September will be a culinary happening where you can enjoy the newly created food and drinks.  Drop-off during museum opening hours (Wed–Sun, 10 a.m.–6 p.m., Tue 10 a.m.–9 p.m.) in the MAK Columned Main Hall Please only bring raw and edible fruit and vegetables (incl. peelings)!
