Since 2019, the MAK Design Lab makes the contribution design can have towards positive change tangible. Contemporary projects by designers, artists, architects, programmers, activists, and idealists, who are reacting to the challenges of the 21st century and are pointing out problems, contemplating alternatives, and providing solutions, are put into the context of multifaceted connections to historical positions from the MAK Collection.
