The pseudo Marxist media guerrilla collective Total Refusal* invites you to work together creatively and critically on a video project. Thereby MAKit! participants will gain insights into the basics of machichima - a special kind of filmmaking using gaming engines. They will explore the dynamic digital landscape of the popular video game, Grand Theft Auto V. While navigating the bustling virtual metropolis, the game is collectively deconstructed through subversive interventions. Tools and techniques are used to creatively alter social spaces in video games.

The new workshop series MAK it! for adults offers the opportunity to try out a variety of craft skills and innovative techniques together with designers and creators. In the unique atmosphere of the MAK Columned Main Hall, you can create your own works of art.
