In the 2024 season of the (CON)TEMPORARY FASHION SHOWCASE – a series dedicated to the presentation of current fashion design and contemporary art with a focus on clothing in the Biedermeier atmosphere of the MAK Geymüllerschlössel – the focus is on the floral, feminine, and fantastic fashion world of the Austrian designer Florentina Leitner. The designer, who lives in Antwerp, is inspired by classic films and art. In addition to Lady Gaga, she has also already accoutered Kylie Jenner and Ellie Goulding. She is primarily known for her three-dimensional flowers, seemingly inflated sunglasses, and romantic looks.

Also participating in the design of the exhibition are Alma Bektas with a floral sculpture, Sophia Stolz with wigs as well as make-up artist Nil Stranzinger.
