MAK Center Los Angeles, Schindler House

The MAK Center for Art and Architecture in cooperation with Bellevue Art Museum presents nine new architectural projects developed in a joint effort between contemporary artists and architects Alan Koch and Linda Taalman from the New York-based art and architecture cooperative OpenOffice. The featured projects are visualized in terms of architectural drawings and renderings, oversized scale models, films and interactive elements. The exhibition, which is shown in two phases over a period of seven months, presents projects by Jim Isermann, T. Kelly Mason, Renée Petropoulos, Jessica Stockholder (29 January - 13 April 2003); Kevin Appel, Chris Burden, Barbara Bloom, Julian Opie, and David Reed (07 May - 27 July 2003).

One integral element of "Trespassing" was the accompanying catalogue outlining the projects' development.
