Dear visitors,
We are delighted that so many of you regularly use the MAK Reading Room for studying and research.
From January 1, 2026, a valid museum ticket will be required to use the MAK reading room.
Tip: With the MAK Annual Ticket, the reading room remains accessible to you as usual—and you also have free admission to all exhibitions and permanent collections. Other memberships may also entitle you to free admission: information on this can be found at MAK.at/visit.
Special Tip for all under 26: From 1 Mar to 15 Mar 2026, you will receive a free annual ticket youth (19-25 years) with every new annual ticket purchased. Available on site at the MAK ticket desk.
