Open Feminist Life Drawing

The Feminist Nude by studio OAG! takes place at the MAK in June! Vienna's first feminist nude drawing group invites you to an exclusive FLINTA* round at DIREKTION FÜR ALLE! In a cozy safe space, participants can show and draw female bodies together in an unbiased and non-judgmental way. In the spirit of the Body Positivity Movement, standing on each other's models allows participants to experience an alternative view of their own bodies without reproducing misogynistic stereotypes. So sharpen your pencils and bring your charcoal! Drinks and snacks will be provided.

MAK Direktion für Alle

We will begin with a short tour of the poster exhibition JOHANN STRAUSS: INTOXICATION AND ECSTASY – Feminist Expressionist Dance in Posters 1900–1933, before moving to the Direktion für Alle for the FLINTA* session.

The abbreviation FLINTA* refers to women, lesbians, intersex, non-binary, trans and agender people. The asterisk serves as a placeholder to include all non-binary gender identities.
