The new workshop series MAK-it! for adults offers the opportunity to try out a variety of craft skills and innovative techniques together with designers and creators. In the unique atmosphere of the MAK Columned Main Hall, you can create your own works of art.

On Fat Tuesday (Mardi Gras), the MAK invites to the Fasching Party in the MAK Columned Main Hall in the context of the exhibition THE FEST. In workshops with designers and artists, costumes and masquerades will be created and designed according to the motto “hybrid creatures,” which can be presented at the dance in the evening.

Costume workshop with costume designer and artist Noushin Redjaian

Costumes for fabulous and animal hybrid creatures will be designed and realized here. We will experiment with various textile methods and cut, glue, sew, and imaginatively tailor together.
