The designer Clemens Schmidberger shapes dyed, patterned, and natural veneers into delicate objects. The veneers are laminated layer by layer. Clemens Schmidberger will show you how to create egg cups from valuable veneer pieces.

THE FORMAT: MAK DESIGN KIDS
Workshop for 8- to 12-year-olds (with or without an accompanying adult). In these two-hour workshops, the MAK Design Kids explore furniture, fashion, patterns, and more—always keeping an eye on digital developments. The children gain insights into design processes, develop their own ideas, experiment with techniques, and learn to work with special materials.
